Function of Oven Machine

Reflow oven machine is the main equipment in the SMT Line, Reflow soldering is mainly suitable for the welding of surface mount components and printed boards. By re-melting the paste solder pre-distributed on the printed board pads, the solder ends of surface mount components or pins and printed boards are completed. Soldering the mechanical and electrical connections between the board pads, and then complete the circuit function with certain reliability.

• The preheating zone, the welding zone and the cooling zone are heated independently up and down, cycled and temperature controlled independently. The temperature difference between adjacent temperature zones can reach up to 100℃ without temperature stringing. The temperature and wind speed of each temperature zone can be adjusted independently.
• The imported high-temperature motor is directly connected to drive the hot air circulation, the hot air is well balanced, the operation is stable, the life is long, and the noise is low.
• Host computer control, computer can be cut off, independent control, convenient man-machine dialogue, clear interface, intuitive image, can switch between Chinese and English at any time, and various parameter settings realize accurate and fast numerical input

Features of Reflow Soldering Technology

1. The thermal shock of the components is small, but sometimes it will give the device a large thermal stress.

2. Only apply solder paste in the required parts, which can control the amount of solder paste applied and avoid defects such as bridging.

3. The surface tension of the molten solder can correct the slight deviation of the placement position of the components.

4. Local heating heat sources can be used, so that different welding processes can be used for welding on the same substrate.

5. Impurities are generally not mixed into the solder. When using solder paste, the composition of the solder can be properly maintained.
