PLC control intelligent send board machine in smt line vaccum loader

Description

Mainly used at the front end of the SMT production line to store soldered PCB boards through the material rack. The frame is driven by a special aluminum profile guide rail and a special chidori plastic chain, driven by a 90W Taiwan brake motor, and the magazine moves up and down through a ball screw. It adopts pneumatic fixture structure and is controlled by Mitsubishi PLC.

1. The control system adopts PLC control, and the operation interface adopts touch screen;

2. The boarding method adopts vacuum adsorption, transfer and placement, and 100 PCBs can be stacked (determined according to the thickness of the board);

3. The step distance of the lifting can be automatically adjusted according to the thickness of the PCB;

4. Equipped with standard SMEMA signal lines, which can communicate with other online devices;

5. The special aluminum trough design of the transmission track is adopted to prevent the board from getting stuck.
