HT-E8S-1200 is a smt machine specially designed for lens production with an optimal capacity of 45000CPH.

Features

1. Has the Widely used products: led bulbs, DOB, power driver, Lens, led tube lights, strip lights, down lights, spot lights, ceiling lights, etc., with complete functions.

2. The X/Y axis uses magnetic linear motor, which has higher precision and faster speed. Each head of Z axis is independently controlled by one servo motor, ensuring accurate installation.

3. Independent research and development of head structure, unique structure and material, and mounting height can be adjusted. Can be used for many DOB high components, more extensive application, up to 20MM.

4. Applicable to a wider range of components, can mount resistance, capacitor, IC, bridge pile, inductor, terminal, diode, transistor, large capacitor transformer, coil and other special-shaped components.

5. Camera recognition system: visual camera, flight recognition, Mark automatic correction, coordinate automatic compensation software, to ensure high precision mounting.

SMT production line solution

SMT is surface mounting technology, generally smt lines includes semi automatic production line and full automatic production line.

For E8S-1200/600, usually adopts semi automatic production line. The lay out of semi auto line is “semi-automatic stencil printer - conveyor - pick and place machine -conveyor -reflow oven.”
