Working principle

The placement machine can directly attach and solder surface-mounted components to the specified position without drilling insertion holes on the printing plate, which can be described as another product of industrial automation. The placement machine is mainly composed of a placement head and a static lens. First, the placement head grabs the nozzle and absorbs the components on the corresponding position of the PCB according to the package type, component number and other parameters of the imported placement components; secondly, the static The lens detects, identifies and aligns the pickup components according to the vision processing program; finally, the placement head mounts the components to the corresponding positions on the PCB board
