The semi-automatic production line comprises essential devices such as a semi-auto stencil printer, conveyor, pick and place machine, and reflow oven. Each machine serves a specific function in the production process:

The semi-auto stencil printer is designed to apply solder paste or adhesive onto the solder pads of a PCB, preparing it for component soldering.

The pick and place machine is responsible for accurately mounting light beads or other surface-mounted components onto designated positions on the PCB.

The reflow oven functions to melt the solder paste, securing and bonding the components to the PCB.

The conveyor serves as a connection between SMT production lines, facilitating buffering, testing, and manual plug-in of electronic components on PCB boards.
