SMT Production Line
Semi-automatic printing machine: Simple operation, fast printing
speed, simple structure, the disadvantages are less controllable
points of printing process parameters, low printing alignment
accuracy, poor solder paste demoulding, generally applicable to
0603(inch system) above components, lead pitch greater than 1.27 mm
PCB printing process.
FULL-AUTOMATIC PRINTING MACHINE: Printing alignment accuracy is
high, solder paste demoulding effect is good, printing process is
stable, suitable for the printing of close spacing components, the
disadvantage is, maintenance cost is high, the knowledge level of
the operator is higher.
