SMT Production Line

for the semi-automatic production line, it has five machines: one semi-automatic stencil printer, two conveyors, one pick and place machine, one reflow oven.

semi-automatic stencil printer: leak the solder paste onto the PCB board

pick and place machine: mount the lamp beads or other electronic components to the designed position on the PCB

conveyor: used to transfer the circuit board in the production line

reflow oven: melt the solder paste to make it adhere to the mounting components
